I won't be available to run a rules clinic tonight, 24th. I'm still on crutches.
Hope to be OK next week and thereafter.
If anyone else would like to chair it tonight, I'd urge you to do so. There's no better way of understanding the rules than trying to explain them to others. Which sometimes means listening as they explain them to you!
If you don't have a current rule book you can download a PDF from the ISAF website, sailing.org

I don't think so Richard. That out of control yellow merlin sure did cause you some worry!
Nick and I were in complete control I can assure you!
Nutshell has a nice varnish hull. I really couldn't paint her yellow.

Hey Jon – Don’t forget to paint the pointy end bright yellow and she will look even more awesome...

I have a vintage Merlin which is almost ready for our WES entry.
She's called Nutshell (MR 1742) and is a Wych & Coppock built Proctor 9 design built in 1965.
2 years older than me!
Goffo has refurbished her with new decks, gunwhales and a front bouyancy tanks.
I've done the rigging. Shes looking awesome.
Feel free to come and have a look and a chat about her.

HI All
It's that time of the year when the sun shines! At the moment it's not in England!
But cheer up, I was told by the old boy in the poster the bad weather will be gone by the 24th!

See you there.
